By accessing or using Supaview ("Service"), provided by Supaview ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Supaview regarding your use of the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and if you are accessing the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

Supaview is an analytics and monitoring platform designed for Supabase projects. The Service provides:

• Real-time dashboards and data visualization
• AI-powered SQL query generation
• Database monitoring and alerting
• Schema visualization and exploration
• Performance insights and analytics
• Team collaboration features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content, without notice or liability.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws or regulations
• To transmit, store, or process any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others
• To distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, accounts of other users, or systems connected to the Service
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• To collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
• To reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
• To resell, lease, or transfer your access to the Service without our prior written consent
• To exceed the scope of your subscription or bypass usage limits
• In any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this policy, including removing offending content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

Subscriptions. Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the subscription plan you select.

Payment Processing. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use that payment method.

Billing Cycle. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Price Changes. We may change subscription prices from time to time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the start of the next billing period. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Cancellations and Refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.

Taxes. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription, excluding taxes based on our net income. If applicable, we will add taxes to your invoice at the prevailing rate.

Our Property. The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property, is owned by Supaview or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Your Content. You retain ownership of any data, content, or materials you upload or submit to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely to provide the Service to you.

Feedback. If you provide suggestions, feedback, or ideas regarding the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, implement, and exploit such feedback without obligation or restriction.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable data protection laws, including any laws requiring you to obtain consent from individuals whose data you process through the Service.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPAVIEW AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Supaview and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your User Content

We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification. In such case, you agree to cooperate with us in the defense of such matter.

By You. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

By Us. We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or extended periods of inactivity.

Effect of Termination. Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use the Service will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and associated data
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, indemnification, disclaimers, and limitations of liability

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or by sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Supaview is organized, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
